The Craven's home is a two story house which sleeps 8 in comfort, with the benefit of full air conditioning, a very large covered sun deck with pool and spa, all designed to keep you cool. It has all the luxury you will need, with four large bedrooms, two of which are Masters and two twins. The main master suite has a large bathroom with a shower, large enough for a five-a-side team, a double bath and his and hers, or is it, hers and his vanity units, two walk-in closets and a large balcony for the occasional G&T. The house was built in 2003/4, by Beazer Homes, a British company and the 7th largest in America to a very high specification. It has been furnished to a very high standard with all the latest in home entertainment, 50" Plasma screen TV concealed in its own cabinet complete with surround sound and multi channel cable including premiership soccer, DVD and PS2 in the lounge; there are also plasmas in the 2 ensuites, large American fridge freezer with ice maker in the kitchen, ceramic hob cooker, microwave and loads of electric gadgets to help make life easy. It is located in the pleasant gated community of "The Sanctuary", at West Haven, which is 1 minute from highway 27 and 7 minutes from Interstate 4. Just 2 minutes away lies the superb complex of Champions Gate with 2 first class golf courses, Publix supermarket and restaurants See Attractions. The world of Walt Disney is a mere 10 minutes drive. Sea World and Wet n' Wild are within easy reach. The fabulous new Millenia Mall, sorry lads load up the credit card, is only a hop, step and jump away.
